Alan changed his last name from ‘Jeffrey’ to ‘Thicke’ after his parents divorced and his mother remarried Brian Thicke.

Thicke and his mother and stepfather subsequently relocated to Elliot Lake. Thicke’s stepfather was a physician by profession and adored him. He treated him as if he were his own kid, lavishing him with all the comforts he could afford. Thicke was an extremely bright student at Elliot Secondary School. At the moment, he had been voted homecoming king. He continued his education at the University of Western Ontario.

In his life, Thick has been married three times. Gloria Loring, an actress, was his first wife. The pair had been married for about fourteen years and had two children together. Thicke was having an affair with another woman, so the pair divorced.

Thicke then began dating actress Kristy Swanson. Kristy was seventeen years old at the time, and Thicke was forty-two. The couple were engaged two years later, but their love didn’t last long. Gina Tolleson, Miss World 1990, became his second wife soon after. The relationship lasted five years. They had a son together.

Tanya Callau was Thicke’s most recent bride. He met her while hosting a show when he was a star and she was a model. Until his death, they were married. Thicke collapsed while playing ice hockey with his son in California a week before Christmas last year. At the age of 69, he died of type-A aortic dissection.
