Wife’s Best Friend; Divorce Ends Marriage

Blake married Rachael Finley, a fashion designer, on September 7, 2012, in Sacramento, California. Mars Ilah Anderson, the couple’s daughter, was born in 2014 and is known as their ‘Goddess.’ The couple first met at a pub while Rachael was relaxing with drinks and he was calmly eating with his friends, and their first interaction began with the word “Yelling” because she is a fashion designer, she yelled at him for his shirt, but Rachael maintains it was love at first sight. And it was Blake who started a nice relationship with his future bride, discovering her Twitter account and tweeting about her for the first time without wasting time, writing: “Please don’t wreck your automobile.”

Soon after, their dating life began; they went on their first date, and Rachel subsequently said in an interview with Nylon that she preferred him. “I loved him again because he was a real, human nerd, not what I expected from someone pursuing an acting career.” The girlfriend-turned-wife also referred to him as her “best friend,” and she said that they have not spent a single day apart since that day.

Normally, as a relationship ages, the bond develops stronger and deeper; but, in the instance of Blake and his wife, the tie and understanding grew weaker as their relationship grew older. After five years of marriage, the parents of a four-year-old daughter filed for divorce in 2017. Rachael, who had stated that “she cannot live a day without Blake,” filed for divorce in May 2017 in Los Angeles, alleging irreconcilable differences. The pair appears to have been living apart even before Rachael filed for divorce, according to a source.

“Because the couple has been separated for at least six months, the divorce filing comes as no surprise.”

Despite their feud, the couple tried their hardest to sort out their relationship, but it appears that they were unable to reach any conclusion other than co-parenting their only kid together. However, things did not work out as planned, and they divorced under California law, after the 6-month cooling-off period, which requires even the most amicable divorces to wait. The divorce was finally approved in December 2017, six months after they filed for it, and they have shared legal and physical custody of their daughter, according to the divorce papers. Rachael, who had previously suffered from lymphatic cancer, was depressed after the divorce and uploaded the non-smiling closeups on Instagram.
