Cher was born on May 20, 1946, in New York City. Cherilyn Sarkisian is her given name. She has a mother, Georgia Holt, and a father, John Sarkisian. Her hometown is El Centro, California in the United States, where she was born. She is an American citizen. Taurus is her zodiac sign. In the 1967 television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E., she made her acting debut.
