Jacky Rosen is an American politician who has been serving as Nevada’s junior United States Senator since 2019. From 2017 to 2019, she was the United States Representative for Nevada’s 3rd congressional district. She is the 37th member of the United States House of Representatives to be elected to the Senate.

Carol (mother) and Leonard Spektor (father) gave birth to Jacklyn Sheryl Rosen on August 2, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois, United States (father). Miranda Rosen, the couple’s daughter, was born in 1995. She earned a degree in Contemporary History from the University of Sussex. Since 1993, Jacky has been married to Larry Rosen.
