Jerry Springer married Micki Velton, an American television host, on June 16, 1973. In 1976, after three years of marriage, the couple welcomed their first child, Katie Springer. Katie, Jerry’s daughter, graduated from Barat College in May 2001 and married just five years later. Jerry had been rehearsing with his dancing partner Kym Johnson and had a stunning dance with his daughter at her wedding.

Jerry made his first appearance on television in 1973. Later in 1991, Jerry began hosting The Jerry Springer Show, a tabloid talk show in which guests brawl on stage and exotic dancers perform in various episodes.
Jerry and his producer later tweaked the show in 1994, and it quickly became a hit. The show sparked outrage since it included nonstop fights between guests and even content that was improper for children.
Despite this, the show received a lot of attention and was renewed for a 27th season in 2018. The programs are still available on The Jerry Springer Show’s YouTube channel, which has 2.49 million subscribers. Jerry Springer also has his own podcast, Jerry Springer Podcast.
