Furthermore, Mario Daz-Balart voted on May 4, 2017 to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and replace it with the American Health Care Act. Rep. Mario also voted against the 2008 Emergency Economic Stabilization Act on September 29, 2008. It planned to buy troubled assets and provide cash directly to banks during the 2008 global financial crisis.
