They had no idea that their happiness would be caught in the middle of a storm. Mary Nickles was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012. Her lumpectomy was stage one, 1.3 centimeters in diameter, grade 3 invasive, and triple negative. Mary underwent a year of chemotherapy and radiation treatment, which resulted in hair loss and a variety of other side effects.

Mary thanks her husband and children for their support and celebrates her victory over the awful cancer today. In her postings and blogs, she frequently includes images and discusses how she won the battle.

Mary is now cancer-free and lives happily with her husband and children in Utah, USA, where she routinely updates her social media accounts with pictures of her children and spouse.
