He began working on the talk show on San Diego’s AM 1130 KSDO when his political career ended. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., his first show aired. He began hosting a nationally syndicated radio talk show on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. in November 2007. Roger left KOGO, the local flagship station, in November 2011 and moved to AM 760 KFMB, a new flagship home radio station. He appeared on The Rush Limbaugh Show as a guest host on occasion. He was a guest on Bill Maher’s Real Time with Bill Maher.
Controversy
When he invited white nationalists and other radicals to an anti-immigrant symposium, he sparked a stir. In 2008, he also invited Peter Brimelow to his radio show. He was chastised as a result of it.
