Additionally, In 2017, Shane debuted in the UFC. He competed in the UFC Night Wedum vs. Tybura match against Alexader Volkanovski. Young suffered a third-round Unamious decision loss in his maiden contest. In 2018, Shane faced Rolando Dy in his second UFc battle, which he won via TKO in the second round. He will compete against Omar Morales at UFC 260 in March 2021.
