Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae) rapper was just charged with murder in Georgia after his cousin was shot. On Monday, authorities from the DeKalb County Police Department in Georgia apprehended him and took him into custody. It comes after the death on January 21 of Frederick Rooks, 34, who was found with gunshot wounds. “Today, Ricky Hawk, 23, was arrested for the murder of his cousin Frederick Rooks, 34,” DeKalb County police said in a statement posted on Twitter on Monday. Rooks’ death was investigated by the DeKalb County Police Department on January 21 after he was discovered shot on Deep Shoals Circle. Hawk is being held in the DeKalb County Jail on a murder accusation.” According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, police responded to a call of shots fired at 3.30 a.m. on January 21 in the Panthersville subdivision of DeKalb County.

• Again, he was arrested on 23rd October 2020 and was charged with speeding and reckless driving, alleging that he had been going 143 mph on Interstate 85.
• In February 2017, he was struck in Dubai after a local court issued an order banning him from leaving the country. He was found guilty of having taken money from a promoter and not performing at the club afterward. Although his lawyer claimed that Silento had never canceled any show, he later did agree to perform at the event after which he was permitted to leave the Arab country.
