They got engaged on November 18, 2011, after dating for about a half-decade. Todd’s hometown of Toms River, New Jersey, hosted their wedding on December 14, 2012. Jacquelyn recalled the memo in which Todd proposed to her:
Todd and I were invited to go on a cruise in the middle of November. It was a fantastic vacation that culminated in a magical proposal. Todd had asked me to go for a walk before our last dinner before we left Mexico. He took me to the back of the ship, where there was no one and only the beautiful scenery of Mexico in the background, and popped the question. It was a beautiful moment for both of us, and we were thrilled that there was a photographer right outside the restaurant where we were dining so that we could capture it forever.
The wedding reception was held at The Grand Marquis.

Several celebrities attended the ceremony, including Todd’s Reds teammate Brandon Phillips and MLB Network’s Harold Reynolds. The couple moved into their own house in New Jersey and began living together. Jacquelyn works as an independent consultant for the Rodan and Fields skincare company.

They both moved into a house they built in Toms River, New Jersey, after their wedding. Todd and Jacquelyn welcomed their first child, a son named Blake, in May 2014. When Todd was in Cincinnati, their son was also the center of attention.
