The two wrestlers squared off on WWE’s August 26th episode of NXT. Carmella, on the other hand, lost the bout.

Additionally, Carmella made her WWE main roster debut on March 12th at Roadblock.

She was accompanied to their NXT Tag Team Championship bout against The Revival by Amore and Cassady.

Carmella battled against Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax in a triple threat match on the May 25th episode of NXT to determine the number one contender to Asuka’s NXT Women’s Championship. Nia Jax, on the other hand, pinned Carmella.

Carmella continued to compete in Money in the bank events after winning her first two money in the bank ladder victories. She did not, however, win the match.

Additionally, during the October 2nd Smackdown broadcast, she returned and announced herself to be SmackDown’s mystery woman.

WWE teased her debut multiple times. She adopted a new catchphrase, “Untouchable,” and once again became the show’s heel.
