He also began to share other types of content, such as challenges and vlogs, at the same time. His most recent gameplay videos are from the popular game Skate 3. All of these gameplay videos, on the other hand, are entertaining, amusing, and detailed.

On July 26, 2012, he posted his most recent video, a review of the “Sphax PureBD Craft” Texture Pack for Minecraft. His subsequent videos were all Minecraft-related, with How-To videos, minigames, and mod reviews.

A Minecraft parody of Taylor Swift’s “You Belong With Me” and “Minecraft: Trolling- Episode 1- Herobrine + Invisible.” The first video is a Minecraft song parody of one of Taylor Swift’s most popular hits. The second video shows gameplay from the video game Minecraft.

During his career, he began doing videos with a variety of Minecraft YouTubers, including SCGBarbarien, AntVenom, Gizzy14Gizza, Bodil40, and many others; the majority of these videos were ZexyZek’s Minecraft game show “The Showdown,” in which two Minecraft YouTubers competed in a variety of Minecraft trivia and minigames.

John is currently doing Skate 3 videos rather than Minecraft videos and has gained a new audience as a result, slowly gaining subscribers once more. Furthermore, his second most popular video is a Skate 3 Challenge.

Trolling in Minecraft

Morin began his long-running series and the pinnacle of his YouTube channel, “Minecraft Trolling,” on August 17, 2012, where he would go around his server and many others “trolling” players using a variety of Server Plugins, usually ending his episodes disguised as Minecraft villain Herobrine.

Despite scaring and confusing the player, he undoes all of the damage he causes during the video and rewards the player with diamonds. This is usually done behind the scenes, but Morin revealed himself doing it on Episode 68 of the series in response to fan requests.

Morin’s YouTube success was primarily due to his Trolling series. He had over 100,000 subscribers after a year. Morin kept the majority of his trolling videos private and posted a seven-minute video explaining why he will stop trolling on February 27, 2014. According to the Minecraft EULA, “trolling” is not permitted in the game.

He contacted Mojang and asked if this was true, and they confirmed it. Despite John’s request that his fans refrain from petitioning for the series’ re-release because he claimed he would simply discover new material, many fans blackmailed Markus Persson “Notch,” the creator of Minecraft, as well as many other Mojang officials.

Persson initially ignored the issue in order to calm down, but later asked the EULA’s head to change “trolling” to “griefing” because Morin does not actually grief, and people like Morin are what make Minecraft Minecraft.

Morin’s series was resurrected, all previous trolling videos were made public, and he resumed his series. That summer, his channel surpassed one million subscribers.

More

Morin posted his final trolling video in his original series on November 21, 2015. On January 26, 2016, he attempted to restart the series as “Minecraft Trolling 2.0,” but only one video was posted.

In April 2016, he stated that he is discontinuing the series because he feels compelled to make the videos as a chore rather than for pleasure. Morin’s channel gradually lost subscribers after his series ended.

Several of his fans decided to leave hateful comments and began unsubscribing because they only subscribed for the trolling. And, in order to gain subscribers, Morin started new series, such as Minecraft Helping, but none lasted more than two videos. He had a brief period where he changed his channel name and only did skits, which didn’t help him at all.

On Christmas 2016, John announced that he was resuming his trolling series due to popular demand. He began this series on January 14, 2017, but there is no active upload schedule.

Skits

Morin has been posting a series of real-life skits with his friends since December 2015. His initial plan was to put all of his gaming videos on his second channel, ZexyZekPlays, while ZexyZek would be dedicated to sketches with his friends.

He changed ZexyZek to his legal name, but he has since changed it back, and all of his gaming videos have resumed on his main channel, leaving ZexyZekPlays inactive.

ZexyZek Enjoys Playing

He now uploads his Skate 3 let’s play videos to ZekyZek Plays, where the channel is still relatively active.

ZexyZekTV

It debuted on December 31, 2012, just a few months after Morin’s original channel, as a vlog channel in which he opened fan mail in the majority of his videos. And, after going inactive on June 29, 2014, this channel remained inactive until a recent revamp on May 11, 2018, with all of his old videos deleted, despite the fact that he hasn’t uploaded in three months.

The videos begin with him saying, “Today we ask the age-old question,” and then he asks a somewhat random question, often followed by him doing something stupid. The videos are only a few seconds long.
